Srimukha’s machining shop specializes in roughing and finish turning of complex automotive parts. With a fleet of modern Indian, Japanese and Chinese CNC machines, we hold tight tolerances on diameters, concentricity, and roundness across millions of parts annually.
Our precision machining facility is equipped with automated CNC lathe and milling centers:
Forged blanks or bar stocks are loaded onto the CNC turning lathes. The first setup performs rough turning, facing, and center drilling. The second setup executes finish turning of bearing diameters and seal grooves. In VMC cells, axial holes, keyways, and radial cross-holes are drilled and milled under high pressure coolant.
Parts are checked at the machine using digital air rings and snap gauges. Bearing journals are held to dimensional tolerances under 20 microns, roundness under 5 microns, and surface roughness under 1.2 Ra. Calibration is verified using master setting gauges. Feedback systems are provided to monitor critical dimensions and sustained production levels.
