Green Energy Circularity & Sustainability
Srimukha is committed to sustainable and environmentally-responsible manufacturing operations. We implement green energy initiatives, waste reduction, and material recycling systems to minimize our environmental footprint.
Green Operations Infrastructure
Our manufacturing units utilize solar power and closed-loop waste recovery systems:
Sustainability Process Workflow
Solar power is generated on-site, feeding electricity directly into our manufacturing grid to power CNC machines and furnaces. Steel chips and turnings generated during machining are collected and centrifuged to extract residual cutting oil. The oil is filtered and reused, while the clean steel chips are compacted into dense briquettes and sent to steel mills for recycling.
“Our rooftop solar panels offset up to 40% of grid electricity demand, saving energy costs and reducing carbon emissions.”
ESG Metrics & Auditing
Srimukha conducts regular environmental audits. We monitor water consumption, waste generation, and energy efficiency. Our steel recycling loop returns 98% of scrap steel to the recycling chain, contributing to circular manufacturing.
