Precision Drivetrain & Armature Shaft Sourcing

Srimukha Precision Technologies manufactures and supplies high-performance shafts for demanding automotive applications. Sourced from certified steel mills, our shaft program combines cold forged metallurgy with sub-micron CNC grinding.

Drivetrain Shaft Range

Our daily output exceeds 150,000 components, spanning several dedicated product lines:
  • Armature Shafts: High-speed motor armature shafts with integrated splined sections, heat-treated for longevity.
  • Drive & Output Shafts: Core power-transmission components designed to withstand high torque values.
  • Carrier Shafts & EPS Shafts: Steering and differential assemblies engineered for zero failure.
  • Blower Shafts: Specialized thin-diameter shafts holding under 0.5 microns roundness tolerances to prevent blower fan vibration.

Our production lines are split into specialized centers to support high volumes:

  • Unit 2 & Unit 3: Primary machining centers for rotor assemblies, drive shafts, arm shafts, and EV shafts.
  • Unit 6: Dedicated arm shaft and carrier shaft lines with integrated Heat Treatment facilities.
  • Unit 9 (Forging & Machining): Sourcing of cold forged blanks and finish turning lines.
