Automotive Small Motor Armatures

Srimukha Precision Technologies is expanding its sub-assembly footprint by establishing dedicated Armature Assembly Operations for Small Motor applications. We manufacture splined armature shafts and integrate them into complete rotor and armature sub-assemblies.

Target Applications

Our small motor sub-assemblies power critical cabin and utility features in passenger vehicles:
  • Power Windows: High-reliability geared motor armature shafts.
  • Wiper Motors: High-torque worm-gear integrated motor armature shafts.
  • Seat Recliners & Roof Retraction: Specialized compact splined armature assemblies designed for space-restricted spaces.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Srimukha has set up dedicated cell layouts to execute automatic coil winding, claw caulking, impregnation, claw turning, and balancing processes. The entire process follows strict IATF 16949 quality controls to maintain zero PPM ratings with global automotive tier-1 motor suppliers.
