Srimukha Precision Technologies extends its high-volume manufacturing competencies to the renewable energy sector. We produce critical solar structural components, designed to withstand outdoor weathering and rotational torque in active tracking solar fields.

Solar Parts Range

Srimukha’s dedicated Unit 5 plant at Ambattur specializes in the manufacture of solar field components, including:
  • Split Bushes: Specialized bearing components designed for high-stress pivots in solar panel orientation mechanisms.
  • Custom Studs & Threaded Blanks: Structural fasteners engineered from corrosion-resistant grades to handle outdoor wind loads.
  • Tracking Mechanism Shafts: Concentric shafts supporting active tracker systems.

Plant Capacity & Quality Sourcing

Operating with a dedicated headcount of 48 in Unit 5, we support solar OEMs with quick prototype runs and high-volume deliveries. We utilize in-house thread rolling, deep hole drilling, and centerless grinding processes to maintain high surface finishes (Ra 0.8) and dimensional stability.
